1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received
    • In its original packaging
    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
  • Perishable items, custom-made products, and clearance sale items are also non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange a pick-up or guide you on how to ship the item back.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or any method agreed upon during the return process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund based on the issue and product availability.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
